Due to the commitments with have with our hotel and ticket partners, we are not able to issue any sort of refund for payments made towards our away or home game experiences.
However, our packages are transferrable. If you determine that you are unable to attend the experience, you may find someone to attend in your place. This may not be applicable to flight packages within a certain time period.
For these situations, The Crown Club will attempt to help you find someone to take your place, but makes no guarantees in filling the spot.
