Let's Paint Hostile Arenas Teal & Purple

Anyone can grab a flight and a nosebleed seat. The Crown Club takes over road arenas. We pack buses and hotels with Hornets fans, throw a pregame party near the arena, fill a Crown Club block of seats and get LOUD for the Buzz in someone else's building. We call them Away Game Experiences for a reason.

🍑 ATL Teal Takeover

Atlanta is our home away from home. It's a short trip down I-85, and it's where we've brought the noise more than anywhere else.

For the inaugural ATL Teal Takeover, we loaded up a luxury motorcoach from Uptown Charlotte with Hornets trivia (and prizes) and drinks for the ride down. We checked into a hotel in the heart of Buckhead, threw on our jerseys and headed to an all-inclusive, two-hour pregame party with food, beer, wine and cocktails a short walk from the arena. Then we stormed in to our Crown Club block of sideline seats, each with a food and beverage voucher, and made ourselves heard. Sunday morning we had breakfast to recover and rode back to the 704 with hoarse voices and new friends.

We ran it back with a day-trip ATL Takeover: bus down, pregame drinks next to State Farm Arena, a Crown Club seating block, and the bus home that night. The year before, our crew had been so loud that the Hawks had to send out their Clap Crew to try to drown us out.

 

⚜️ NOLA Teal Takeover

Then we took the party to New Orleans, combining one of the most fun cities in the country with Hornets basketball. The NOLA Teal Takeover included:

  • Two nights at a four-star hotel in the heart of the French Quarter
  • A two-hour pregame party with food and drinks included
  • Lower-level seats in the Crown Club block at the Smoothie King Center
  • A postgame group photo on the court
  • A guided Frenchmen Street bar crawl with live jazz and your first few drinks covered
  • Exclusive trip swag you could only get by coming with us
